Common questions.

What is the difference between modified sine wave and pure sine wave inverters?

Modified sine wave inverters are cheaper and fine for resistive loads like kettles and incandescent lamps. Pure sine wave inverters produce utility-grade output with <3% total harmonic distortion, which is required for sensitive electronics, inductive motors, pumps and medical equipment.

How long do LiFePO4 battery packs last?

Our LiFePO4 battery packs are rated for at least 6,000 charge cycles at 70% depth of discharge (DOD), tested at 25°C with 0.2C rate. That is more than 10 years of daily cycling while retaining at least 80% of initial capacity.

Can the battery packs work with my existing inverter?

The 12.8V and 25.6V LiFePO4 packs work with most 12V/24V hybrid inverters that support lithium charging profiles. The stackable all-in-one systems have a matched inverter built in, so no separate inverter is needed.

Do you offer OEM/ODM manufacturing?

Yes. We manufacture the full product line in our own factory and offer OEM/ODM service including custom branding, labeling, packaging and parameter adjustment for distributors and installers. Send your requirements via the inquiry form for a tailored quote within 24 hours.

How fast does the hybrid inverter switch to battery power?

The PHSD/PHSC hybrid inverters switch from grid to battery in under 10 milliseconds in UPS mode (under 20ms in appliances mode) — fast enough that computers and routers stay online during a blackout.

Which certifications do your products carry?

The hybrid solar inverters and all-in-one ESS carry CE certification. All products are manufactured under ISO-quality processes, and battery packs are shipped according to UN38.3 transport requirements. Certificate copies are available on request.
