LIANFENGXIN began in 2014 on a single production line building car inverters — the same 68-series platform we still ship today, refined through a decade of field data. Customers kept asking the same question: "you make the inverter; what about the rest of the system?"
Answering it turned us into a full-line manufacturer. We added pure sine technology for sensitive electronics, then DC-DC chargers for the RV and marine markets, then smart AC chargers with repair capability. When our distribution partners moved into solar, we engineered the hybrid inverter family — and when they needed storage, we built the LiFePO4 platform that now anchors our all-in-one systems.
Today the portfolio covers 13 products across 5 categories — every one sharing the same protection philosophy, the same testing discipline and the same team of engineers who designed the first unit in 2014.

Battery packs are assembled and matched in-house: prismatic LiFePO4 cells, 8S1P/16S1P configurations, and BMS protection with thresholds we publish in full. Every pack's rating — 6,000+ cycles at 70% DOD — comes from our own test benches, not a cell supplier's datasheet.
The all-in-one ESS towers are assembled as matched systems: inverter and battery engineered together, tested together, shipped together. That is why we can publish a single switchover spec instead of "depends on your combination."

Components and cells are batch-sampled on arrival — capacity verification for cells, component validation for SMT feeders. Lots that fail never reach the line.
Every assembled board passes a functional test station: output waveform, protection thresholds, static current. No sampling — every unit.
Inverters and chargers run under load before packing; battery packs complete a full charge/discharge verification cycle. Infant mortality stays in our building, not your warehouse.
Serial-numbered units get a final parameter check against the published spec, then protective packaging matched to the freight mode — sea, air or express.
